Mr. Batinovich was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2003 and continues to serve as President, a title he has held since 1997. Mr. Batinovich was also a co-founder of Glenborough Realty Trust, a NYSE listed REIT, which was the predecessor to Glenborough LLC. He joined Glenborough Corporation in 1983 and served as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining Glenborough, Mr. Batinovich was an officer of Security Pacific National Bank. Mr. Batinovich is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and other trade associations. He also serves as a trustee of the American University of Paris. Mr. Batinovich has a BA in International Business Administration from the American University of Paris.

Michael A. Steele is Glenborough’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, a position he has held since August 2003. Prior to joining Glenborough as Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management in 2002, Mr. Steele spent ten years at Equity Office Properties Trust (EOP) or its affiliates. There, he served as Executive Vice President, Real Estate Operations and Chief Operating Officer from 1998 through 2002. Before that, he was Executive Vice President, Real Estate Operations at EOP from 1996 until 1998; which followed a variety of executive positions at various EOP affiliates beginning in 1992. Before joining EOP, Mr. Steele served as Senior Vice President and Regional Director for Rubloff, Inc., a full service real estate company in Chicago, IL.
Mr. Steele has a BS in Accounting from St. Joseph’s College and MBA in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.

G. Lee Burns is a Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Glenborough, LLC. Previously, Mr. Burns was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated. Mr. Burns joined Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated in March of 1997, and previously held the position Vice President – Counsel. In addition to his duties as General Counsel, Mr. Burns provides legal and strategic advice to the company in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions and finance. Prior to joining Glenborough, Mr. Burns spent 13 years in private practice, specializing in real estate transactions. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Mr. Burns has a BA (with distinction) in Economics and a J.D., both from Stanford University.

Before taking on her current position as Senior Vice President, Accounting Terri Garnick served in the same role for Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated. She handles all property management accounting, financial statement preparation, audits, and tax returns for the company. Before joining Glenborough Corporation in 1989, Ms. Garnick was Controller at August Financial Corporation, a real estate investment and management company (1986 to 1989) and Senior Accountant at Deloitte, Haskins & Sells (1983-1986).
Ms. Garnick earned a CPA designation and has a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University.

As Senior Vice President – Investments, Mr. Shapiro is responsible for sourcing, analyzing and closing all Company acquisitions. Since joining the Company in 1997, Mr. Shapiro and his acquisition and research team have closed over $3 billion of real estate investments consisting of office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties located throughout the U.S. Mr. Shapiro is also responsible for all property dispositions and valuations. Prior to joining Glenborough, he spent 14 years as Director of Asset Management and Equity Sales with Aetna Life Insurance Company where he managed a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
Mr. Shapiro received a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

As Director of Financial Management, Carla Brewster monitors the financial performance of the entire Glenborough real estate portfolio. She also prepares property valuations, asset strategies, operating forecasts and leasing statistics. Prior to joining Glenborough in 1990, Ms. Brewster held positions as Vice President at Windsor Financial, Portfolio Manager at August Financial Corporation and Analyst at Southmark Corporation.
She has a BS in Accounting from the University of Wyoming.

Carlos Santamaria is Vice President of Engineering Services for Glenborough. In this position, he provides technical assistance and is responsible for guiding Glenborough's management teams with implementing value added measures for all of the company's assets. Joining Glenborough in 2004, Mr. Santamaria has worked in commercial real estate concentrating in energy efficiency, construction and operational best practices strategically positioning the company as a top performer and leader in energy management and sustainability.
He is Vice Chair of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) International Energy & Environment Committee, a Board of Director and Chair of the BOMA California Energy Committee, a Steering Committee Member with the Department of Energy (DOE) Commercial Real Estate Energy Alliance group, participates as an International Advisory Council Member for Realcomm and CoR Advisors and is a Board Advisory Member for the IDRC SF Grant Community College Program.
Mr. Santamaria has a BA in Business from Saint Mary's College and an MBA from the University of San Francisco. He also holds a California General Contractor license, California Real Estate Broker's license, holds a RPA Designation and is a LEED Accredited Professional – LEED AP.
